Guild Applications

Want to be in the Divine Souls Sect of the Split Horizon guild? Well, that's very simple. 
We go by the five 9 rule. 99.999% of the members who apply to be in the guild, will indeed be accepted. 
So here's what you have to fill out:
Your name (optional):
*Your in-game name:
*Your age:
Favorite Color:
*Three favorite games:
*Why you want to join the guild:
Those of you who were invited to the guild, will not have to fill this out, but it is very much appreciated if you do!
